Metapod

Set Description: "VMAX Rising" is an expansion in the Sword & Shield series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. This set introduces VMAX Pokémon, which are Gigantamax versions of Pokémon. Trainers will discover new battle strategies with cards featuring powerful attacks and unique abilities, including a multitude of evolving Pokémon.

Description of Metapod:
Metapod is a Bug-type Pokémon introduced in the Sword & Shield series. It is the evolved form of Chenipotte and then evolves into Papilusion. Metapod is known for its hard and durable shell which protects it from enemy attacks.

History of Metapod:
Metapod are often found in the woodlands and grasslands of the Galar region. They spend most of their time basking in the sun and strengthening their shells. Although they are not known for their aggression, they can fiercely defend their territory if necessary.

Metapod Abilities:
As a Bug-type Pokémon, Metapod has defensive abilities such as Wall Light, Reflect, and Protect. Although it is not known for its attacks, its resistance and ability to endure enemy attacks make it a valuable ally in Pokémon battles.
