Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation before shipment
    Customers may request cancellation of their order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, they must contact us immediately by email at japanpopmart@gmail.com, including their order number.

  2. Cancellation after shipment
    Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers should refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

  3. Products excluded from cancellation

  • Final sale items

  • Customized products

  • Orders already prepared and packed at the time of the request

  1. Processing time for cancellations
    Approved cancellations will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, with refunds issued to the original payment method.

  2. Cancellation fees
    In certain cases (orders already prepared but not shipped), a 10% restocking fee may apply.

  3. Shipments to the United States
    Due to recent U.S. customs regulations (Executive Order, July 2025, 19 U.S.C. §1321), orders shipped to the United States cannot be canceled once handed over to Japan Post, even if delayed or held by U.S. Customs.
